The Managing Director of Vutlhari Stimulation & Disability Centre told
Sekgosese Insider that he had spent 26 years carring for disabled people and for
that reason he deserved to be honoured.

However, he decided to honour himself
because no one “recognized him”.
The statue was officially unveiled during
his birthday on the 12th of April at Roerfontein village outside the centre. He
shares his birthday with the former president Jacob Zuma.
He advised disabled people to never be
afraid to voice their concerns to South African government.
